If you have complaint, the first contact should be directly with the valeter you have used. In most instances any problems are sorted out smoothly. Should you remain unsatisfied with the service you have received, email the PVD Trade Association (info@pro-valets.co.uk) including details of the valeter you have used, the date and car the service carried out on, and a description of the problem.
