All Power Maxed Approved Valeters are independent, as a result they all offer their own service and pricing structure. However, below is a rough guide of what to expect, how long it would take, and what it would cost. These are just ballpark figures, prices will vary depending on location, time of year, size of your car, the valeter you choose, and the condition of your vehicle. For example, car interiors with dog hairs will cost more to valet as they take considerably longer to complete.
Safe Wash – this is an external wash which includes a pre-wash phase to remove loose detritus followed by a two-bucket procedure using a microfibre, chenille, or wool mitt. You can expect wheels and door shuts to also be cleaned. This normally takes half an hour, depending on the condition of the car, and costs from £15.
Mini Valet – this is conventionally a safe wash followed by a basic interior valet including vacuming carpets and dusting/dressing interior surfaces. Some services will include a spray wax and tyre dressing. This service normally takes 60 to 90 minutes and costs between £30 and £50 depending on the size and condition of your vehicle.
Full Valet – This service varies considerably between valeters, for some it is the top service and includes decontamination with a clay bar and shampooing of seats and carpets. Other valeters may offer this as an intermediate service, with deluxe or superior options available separately. Depending on the individual processes included, a full valet can range from 2.5 to 6 hours, and cost between £60 and £140. Some valeters will request an inspection of your vehicle prior to quoting, and many will require a deposit when booking as it can take a full day including travel time.
